In 2003, Jeffrey Levitin decided to utilize his “big-firm” experience to service his own clients. He left the comfort and security of a large, international law firm and opened his own firm.

With his eyes set on the goal of catering to clients in search of the expertise that many well-established firms offer, Jeff used his experience and competence to start his own firm which would provide the same quality service at a more affordable price.

  • Representation of a landlord who owns millions of square feet of shopping centers and office buildings throughout the East Coast.
  • Representation of a client in a $40 million CMBS loan secured by 3 properties in Manhattan and the Bronx.
  • Representation of a client in the purchase of a nursing home facility, which ultimately obtained a three-tiered loan package from a balance sheet lender.
  • Representation of a landlord in a nine-story ground-up development office lease with one of the largest hospital groups in New York City.
  • Representation of numerous individuals in purchasing development land, negotiating leases with national retailers, obtaining construction loans, and refinancing or selling upon the completion of projects.
  • Representation of numerous companies in the acquisition, financing, management and sale of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties.
  • Representation of landlords in negotiating leases with national and international companies such as Walgreens, Nike, Starbucks, Family Dollar and The Learning Experience.

Where We Are Located

Our main office is located in the heart of midtown Manhattan and we have a satellite office located in Rockland County, New York. We have attorneys admitted in the states of New York and New Jersey.
We have a strong network of relationships with attorneys in many other states throughout the country, as well as attorneys who specialize in all different fields of law, who are willing to either co-counsel with us or guide us in other areas of law.
